Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your use of Maargdarshan — private astrology guidance (“Maargdarshan”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. By using the service you confirm that you meet these requirements.

2. What the service is

Maargdarshan computes astrological charts from birth details and uses AI to produce readings, numerology, and guidance. The service is provided for personal reflection, guidance, and entertainment. It is not professional advice of any kind — see our Astrology Disclaimer, which forms part of these Terms.

3. Your account

You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time code (OTP). You are responsible for keeping access to your number and device secure and for activity that happens under your account. Please use one account per person and provide accurate information.

4. Birth details of other people

You may add birth profiles for family members or others. By doing so, you confirm you have a legitimate reason and the right to provide those details, and you take responsibility for that use. Readings about others are interpreted from your own chart and the details you provide.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the service for anything unlawful, harmful, or abusive;
• harass, threaten, or impersonate others;
• attempt to break, probe, or overload our security or infrastructure;
• scrape, copy, or resell the service or its outputs at scale; or
• attempt to make the AI produce harmful, hateful, or dangerous content.

6. Payments & credits

Asking a question requires a paid credit. We sell credits only — there is no subscription, no recurring charge and nothing that auto-renews. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and are processed by our payment partner; we never store your card or UPI credentials. Credits have the validity shown at purchase and are spendable only on this service — they are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. No guarantee of outcomes

Readings describe tendencies and possibilities, not certainties. We do not warrant that any reading is accurate, complete, or will produce any particular result. The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

8. Intellectual property & your content

The Maargdarshan application, design, and content are owned by Maargdarshan AI Private Limitedand licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. The birth details and questions you submit remain yours; you grant us a limited licence to process them solely to provide and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or limit accounts that breach these Terms, abuse the service, or pose a security or fraud risk. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time from your account settings.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maargdarshan AI Private Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for decisions you make based on a reading. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid to us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Changes

We may update the service and these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by an updated version date here, and where appropriate we will ask for your consent again. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law & grievances

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Hazaribagh, Jharkhand have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. For any questions or grievances, contact us at support@maargdarshan.ai.
