Refund & Cancellation Policy

Maargdarshan — private astrology guidance sells digital question credits that are delivered instantly. This policy explains when refunds apply. It should be read with our Terms & Conditions.

What you can buy

Credits, and nothing else. One credit answers one question. You choose how many to buy; they are added to your balance immediately and carry the validity shown at purchase.

There is no subscription and no recurring payment — nothing renews, so there is nothing to cancel. Credits can only be spent on this service; they are not transferable and cannot be converted back to cash.

General position

Because each answer is generated and delivered to you immediately, credits that have been used are non-refundable. Buying credits unlocks instant access to a digital service rather than a returnable good.

When we will refund

• Duplicate or failed charges: if you were charged more than once for the same order, or charged but your credits were not delivered, we refund the affected amount in full.
• Technical failure: if a payment succeeded but a clear technical fault on our side prevented you from receiving what you paid for, we refund or restore the credits.
• Unused credits (goodwill): if you have not used any of the credits from a purchase, you may request a refund within 48 hours of that purchase, at our reasonable discretion.

How to request a refund

Email support@maargdarshan.ai with your registered number and the order details. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through our payment gateway, typically within 5–7 business days.
